Setting Up the Backoffice

The first time you open the Backoffice, a setup wizard walks you through creating your organization, the initial administrator account, and your first store.

Setup Wizard

Complete these steps in order when launching the Backoffice for the first time:

  1. Organization name — Enter your business name. This identifies the organization across the Backoffice.

  2. Default currency — Choose the currency used across your stores (e.g., FJD, WST, VUV).

  3. Admin email — The email address for the initial administrator account.

  4. Admin password — Set a strong password. You will use this to sign in after setup completes.

  5. First store name — The display name for your first store location.

  6. Store code — A short unique code for the store (e.g., HQ, STORE1). Used in reporting and on device provisioning screens.

  7. Timezone — Select the timezone for the first store. Shift times and reports use this timezone.

Click Finish to create the organization. You are signed in automatically.

Tip: You can add more stores and administrators after setup from Settings → Stores and Settings → Users.

Signing In

After setup, sign in at your Backoffice URL with your Email and Password. There is no separate registration step — all user accounts are created by an administrator inside the Backoffice.
